Return to Your Own Light

There are moments when the world feels heavy.

We begin carrying conversations that aren't ours.

The fear of others.

The urgency of the news.

The expectations around us.

The constant invitation to look outward before we've remembered to look within.

When that happens, I don't believe our first responsibility is to fix the world.

I think it's to come home to ourselves.

Because a grounded nervous system makes wiser decisions.

A peaceful heart offers steadier love.

A person who remembers their own light naturally becomes a source of light for others.

Returning to yourself isn't selfish.

It's one of the most generous things you can do.

The clearer you become...

The more your life begins to reflect that clarity.

Not because you forced it.

Because you embodied it.

Perhaps today isn't asking you to do more.

Perhaps it's simply asking you to return.

With love,

Annaliese
