If this practice is new to you - wait for the difficult person recording until you feel really proficient at switching your attention to the easier people and groups. When you’re ready, start with a difficult person who is on the easier side - don’t pick your biggest enemy right away. Stay practicing with that difficult person every time you practice until they become closer toward your easy person : ) Then pick a new difficult person. Even if you think you’re ‘not good at it’ I promise, promise it’s working. Just wait, and stay with it. Emotions will likely flow - so lean into your other practices to help you move them and stay clear.
