teacher, and lifelong student of what helps us become more fully ourselves. For more than 15 years, my work has taken me through the worlds of healing, coaching, bodywork, meditation, ancient spiritual traditions, nervous system work, energy medicine, and animal communication. But somewhere along the way, I realized that transformation rarely happens in just one place. We can understand something intellectually and still carry it in the body. My work today The Sanctuary is the culmination of that journey: a home for healing, learning, transformation, and meaningful connection. My work weaves together ancient wisdom and contemporary approaches to healing and personal development, drawing from years of study and practice in coaching, NLP, the ancient spiritual lineage of Huna, Ayurveda, The Yoga of Swami Kripalu, ancient and modern meditation traditions, Cranial Sacral Therapy, intuitive and energetic healing, and animal communication. Sometimes this work happens privately, through healing and mentorship with people or communication and healing with animals. Increasingly, it also happens through workshops, teachings, trainings, retreats, and experiences designed to give you tools and practices you can carry into your own life. Because ultimately, I don't want you to need me. I want our work together to help you know yourself more deeply, trust yourself more completely, and become increasingly capable of creating, navigating, and tending your own life. I loved my session! I was in tears the whole time and sobbed for another 20 minutes after. Even though my cat was never able to communicate through language, everything Annaliese described FELT like him. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but frankly, I was ready to try anything. My 31-year-old beloved Mustang gelding has suffered for many years from constant pain in his head. My vet checked all the things and found no cause she could treat. I did chiropractic, muscle body work, CBD, pain killers, massage, dentals, etc., but nothing helped the head pain.
