Sacred Transition offers a compassionate container of support through one of the most tender seasons we share with our animals. Rather than following a predetermined schedule, sessions are arranged according to what your companion and family need as the transition unfolds.

• 3 personalized communication and/or healing sessions

• Sessions arranged according to the needs and timing of your companion and family and may be used before, during, and/or after transition

• Personalized follow-up and support throughout the pathway

• A channeled personal letter from your companion, offered approximately one month after their passing
