The Circle is a gentle yet powerful space designed to support regulation, reconnection, and inner coherence through consistent community and guided integrative practices.

There is nothing to prepare for, perform, or fix.

You simply arrive as you are.

Each month, we gather live on Zoom for guided experiences that may include nervous system support, energy work, meditation, embodiment practices, intuitive guidance, craniosacral-inspired healing, reflective journaling, group conversation, and integrative coaching.

These gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for deeper clarity, grounding, and restoration.

This is not about striving for transformation through intensity.

It is about creating the conditions in which transformation can unfold naturally.

The Circle is magic.

Through the monthly movement and healing sessions I’ve reconnected with the parts of myself that get lost in the hustle and bustle.

Each session, I arrive with a specific ailment, whether physical or spiritual, and leave feeling totally reset and revitalized. If you’re feeling off-center, this space will meet you there, and then gently guide you home
